FiveStack Solutions Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the NewLeaf application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Website Contact and Feedback

The FiveStack contact form collects your email address and message. The NewLeaf feedback form collects your feedback and lets you optionally provide an email address if you would like a reply. Submissions are sent using Google Apps Script and emailed to business.fivestack@gmail.com. The website form handler does not write submissions to a spreadsheet. We use the information to respond to your message or investigate your feedback. Google processes the information to provide its script and email services; its handling is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Messages may remain in the recipient email account according to its retention and deletion practices.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect personal information from you.

Information you enter into the App, including your habits, goals, measurements, and other App data, is stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by FiveStack Solutions Inc.

We do not directly collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or other personal information through the App.

2. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

AdMob is a third-party advertising service operated by Google. In order to provide, measure, and personalize advertisements, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process certain information from your device, which may include device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements.

The information handled by Google through AdMob is subject to Google's privacy policies and practices. For more information about how Google uses data when you use apps or websites that use its services, please visit policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You may be provided with choices regarding personalized advertising and the use of advertising-related data, depending on your location and applicable privacy requirements.

3. Notifications

The App may request permission to send notifications to your device. Notifications are used to provide reminders and other functionality requested or configured by you within the App.

Notification-related information and scheduling data are handled locally on your device unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Export

App data created by you is stored locally on your device. FiveStack Solutions Inc. does not operate a cloud service for storing your App data.

If you choose to export your data (for example, as a CSV file), the exported file is saved to your device and shared using your device's own sharing tools. FiveStack Solutions Inc. does not receive or store a copy of exported data.

If you uninstall the App or otherwise remove its locally stored data, your locally stored App data may be permanently deleted.

5. Your Choices

You can delete all of your App data at any time from within the App by using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings. This permanently removes your locally stored habits, entries, and progress from your device.

Depending on your device and location, you may also have choices available through your device's operating system regarding advertising identifiers and personalized ads.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob to provide advertising. Google may collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy policies. For more information about Google's data practices, please visit policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Because the App uses third-party advertising services, advertising practices may vary depending on the user's age and applicable requirements.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this policy.
